How it works

One order. Four simple steps.

Crowd sits between the order and its fulfillment as an orchestration layer — evaluating the options, coordinating the hand-off and settling the result.

The sequence

From order to settlement.

  1. 01Order

A customer orders directly from a merchant, discovers them through Crowd or eventually orders through an AI agent. The merchant keeps the relationship either way.

  2. 02Route

Crowd identifies the best available fulfillment option based on factors such as availability, distance, service level and economics.

  3. 03Deliver

The merchant's own driver, an integrated delivery partner or eventually a Crowd courier completes the delivery, with status flowing back through the network.

  4. 04Settle

The transaction is reconciled and routed to the appropriate participants through Crowd's settlement infrastructure.

A customer order enters Crowd, is matched to a local merchant, evaluated against merchant drivers, integrated delivery networks and Crowd network capacity, then progresses from confirmation through routing, pickup, delivery and settlement.

Fulfillment options

Many ways to move the same order.

Every order can take a different path. Crowd is designed to evaluate them per order rather than locking a merchant into one provider.

A customer order passes into Crowd, which branches to merchant fleets, delivery partners, local couriers or Crowd network capacity, and returns to the customer.

Settlement

The order shouldn't stop at delivery.

Payment, routing and settlement are being designed to operate as one coordinated transaction behind every order.

A customer payment enters a single Crowd transaction, which settles to the merchant, the delivery provider and Crowd.
