The open delivery network for local commerce
Local commerce, without the marketplace tax.
Crowd is building an open network connecting merchants, customers and delivery providers — giving businesses more control over the customer, the delivery and the economics of every order.

The problem
Delivery works.
The economics don't.
Local delivery became incredibly convenient for consumers, but too often the merchant gives up margin, customer ownership and control in return.
Acquisition when we create acquisition. Delivery when we deliver. Not a percentage tax forever.
Own the customer
Direct and repeat relationships should belong to the merchant.
Choose the delivery
Use your own fleet, an integrated delivery provider or the Crowd network.
Keep more
Transparent economics designed around the service actually being provided.
One open network
One network. Many ways to move an order.
Crowd isn't designed to replace every delivery provider. It's designed to connect them.

How Crowd works
One order. Four simple steps.
- 01 — Order
A customer orders directly from a merchant, discovers them through Crowd or eventually orders through an AI agent.
- 02 — Route
Crowd identifies the best available fulfillment option based on factors such as availability, distance, service level and economics.
- 03 — Deliver
The merchant's own driver, an integrated delivery partner or eventually a Crowd courier completes the delivery.
- 04 — Settle
The transaction is reconciled and routed to the appropriate participants through Crowd's settlement infrastructure.
Economics
A different model for local commerce.
If Crowd creates the customer, Crowd can earn for the acquisition. Once they’re your customer, they should stay your customer.
Crowd is being designed around transparent fees for distinct services — acquisition, delivery and infrastructure — rather than relying on a permanent percentage tax on every future transaction.
Acquisition
Pay for measurable customer acquisition.
Delivery
Pay for the fulfillment service actually used.
Infrastructure
Modern transaction, routing and settlement technology underneath the network.
Payments and settlement
The order shouldn't stop at delivery.
Crowd is being designed so payment, routing and settlement can operate as one coordinated transaction — giving merchants and delivery participants faster, more programmable economics behind every order.

Crowd Routes
What if nearby orders moved together?
Five people in the same office building order from three nearby merchants. Instead of treating every order as an isolated delivery, Crowd is building toward identifying compatible demand and intelligently combining fulfillment.
- Lower delivery cost
- More productive routes
- Better courier economics
- Less wasted movement
AI commerce
Built for customers — and their agents.
“Find dinner for four tonight. Italian. Under $80. Two vegetarians. Delivered by 7.”
- 01Discover
- 02Compare
- 03Build order
- 04Authorize
- 05Pay
- 06Route
- 07Deliver
Crowd is being designed as an API-ready local commerce layer that future AI agents can use to discover merchants, construct orders, authorize transactions and coordinate fulfillment.
