The customer a merchant earns should remain the merchant's customer. Discovery is a service worth paying for; repeat business shouldn't be permanently taxed.
Interoperable delivery
Delivery capacity already exists in fleets, providers and independent couriers. The gap is a layer that connects them rather than replacing them.
Transparent economics
Distinct services — acquisition, delivery, infrastructure — should carry distinct, legible fees.
Intelligent settlement
Payment and fulfillment belong in one coordinated transaction, reconciled to every participant.
Global infrastructure
The same network logic should hold across markets and currencies rather than being rebuilt city by city.
Agentic commerce
Ordering is starting to happen through software agents. Local commerce needs an interface they can actually use.
