Each delivery is on demand. Our average delivery time is under 28 mins. However due to weather, traffic and usage surges. The delivery time may vary. Each delivery is important to us and we have successfully delivered 100% of our orders, something we will endevour to continue. We will also contact you throughout the order process to let you know where we are up to and the approx time until the items arrive. If we are delayed we will do our best to contact you through text, push notifications or a phone call. If you have any feedback about your delivery please contact our hero department.
We do not keep, store or know your credit card details. We simply store a 'token' that refers to your credit card. All your card details are stored securly through Stripe (https://stripe.com/au), not by us.
When you order a list of products. We pre-authorise $20 to $50, depending on the number of items and store that you are ordering your product from. This is to check that your card has available funds.
When the Hero finishes picking up all items. The total amount is then debited from your credit card. If this amount is less than the pre-authorised amount, the difference is refunded instantly. If the total amount it more, it will be settled while the Hero is at the shops. If there are any issues, due to lack of funds, we will call you on your mobile phone number and let you know while the Hero is at the shops.
Cancellations must be within 3 minutes of placing the order. To cancel you must contact Crowd Delivery via email [email protected] or phone 1300 763 871.
Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you have been charged for an amount more than what you expected or not received products that you feel you have paid for, please contact us. We take photos of all receipts and are happy to resolve any issues that may have arisen. Please remember that service and quality are the highest priorities of our company.
Crowd Delivery does not currently return items. However, if you have ordered something and received a completely wrong product, we want to know asap. Please check over your order with the Hero at the door. If you are missing a product, please discuss it with them. If there are products that are not if stock, unavailable or we just don't understand what you ordered. Our Hero's will call you while they are at the shops, organise a replacement or find out exactly what you are looking for. We do this to avoid any possibility of returns. Service and Quality are our highest priorities.
